Joana’s History:

Joana has been a military spouse for over 13 years. She has proudly supports and continues to support the men and women who serves in the US Military. Joana's husband is retired form the US Navy with 20 years of service, he is now the Olympic Area Manager of Republic Mortgage Home Loans in Port Orchard. Joana has 5 beautiful children, so she knows what it means to be a single mom and work hard as well as raise a family at the same time. Joana also believes in investing in a healthy community so she donates her time and effort to various community organizations such as the PTA, various Military Groups and Habitat for Humanity. Her passion is running, she runs daily and enjoys the challenge of marathoning. She is an inspiration to everyone who knows her!

Joana has been a full time real estate agent for over 11 years with more than 15 years of experience in home ownership and real estate investment. She bought her first home at the age of 21. Recently she obtained her teaching certification from the state of Washington. She also invest her time in divorce resolution homeownership and short sales.
