got promoted to Captain in So. Kitsap Fire and Rescue as of Jan. 1, 2009!

After 17 years with the department, Nathan is continuing to move up the ranks… And Dana and her boys are so proud! Not only are there competitive tests involved in getting promoted, but Nathan excels at all the projects he’s given. His chiefs frequently sidle up to Dana at social events and say positive things in her ear about her husband. Dana especially enjoys seeing the spark in his eye when he learns from others, and when he teaches the younger firefighters. He’s an absolute natural! Captain Post absolutely LOVES his job and is devoted to our local fire department and community.

To help the Post Family, and many other EMS families in our community, please VOTE YES on the EMS levy coming up in May 2009!!! Not only will it help these families, but most importantly, it benefits our entire county by having the topnotch emergency medical services available.
